Directions

Combine biscuit mix and 1 1/2 cups sugar in large bowl; mix well. In medium bowl beat eggs; stir in milk. Add to dry ingredients, and stir until well blended. Pour into two buttered pans. Drain fruit well; arrange evenly on top of batter. Combine 2 cups sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; then blend or cut in butter. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm.
