Stir in coconut, honey, and cinnamon.
Core the apples; slice each of the apples into 8 rings.
Cut two 18x12-inch pieces of heavy foil.
Place half of the apple slices in the center of 1 piece of foil.
Sprinkle with half of the dried fruit mixture and 7 tablespoon of orange juice.
Repeat with the second piece of foil and the remaining apple slices, dried fruit mixture, and orange juice.
Dot fruit with margarine.
For each packet, bring up the long edges of foil and, leaving a little space for expansion of steam, tightly seal top, then each end.
Place foil packets in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 15 to 20 minutes or till apple slices are tender.
