Fruit Whirl Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder | ||
| Apple Juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple fruit | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes or crushed ice if thicker consistency is desired.
