Fruit Verde Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup honeydew melon balls or cubes | ||
| Seedless green grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pear, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces | ||
| 3 kiwifruits | ||
| 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves | ||
| White grape juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint leaves | 4 | |
Directions
ln a large bowl combine honeydew melon, grapes, and pear.
Peel and thinly slice 2 of the kiwifruits.
Gently stir kiwi slices into melon mixture.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
For syrup, peel and cut up the remaining kiwi.
In a blender container combine cut- 'up kiwi, mint, and grape juice.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
