 Grated onion1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pared oranges4 Medium, cut in bite sized pieces
 Nectarines2 Medium, peeled and sliced

Directions

Combine lettuce, cheese, and celery in large salad bowl.
To prepare dressing, beat together oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, dry mustard, and salt.
Pour enough dressing over lettuce to coat lightly; toss.
Top with orange pieces and nectarine slices.
Toss again.
Pass remaining dressing.
