Ingredients

 3/4 pound cooked boneless turkey roast, cut in twelve 1-inch cubes
 1 orange, cut in wedges
 1 firm pear, cut in wedges
 1 green pepper, cut in squares
 4 small spiced crab apples
 Cranberry sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs), jellied
 Apricot preserves1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light corn syrup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Ground cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash ground cloves

Directions

Thread pieces of turkey, orange, pear, green pepper, and a crab apple onto four 10-inch skewers.
In saucepan combine cranberry sauce, apricot preserves, corn syrup, lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, and cloves; bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Brush cranberry mixture over turkey and fruit.
Grill about 4 inches above medium-hot coals till meat and fruit are hot and well glazed, 5 to 10 minutes.
Turn and brush occasionally with sauce.
Pass remaining sauce.
