 Brown rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 cups diced assorted fresh fruits and berries
 2 oranges, peeled, diced and drained
 Red apple1 Large, unpeeled
 Pecans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Yogurt1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook rice with water, salt and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Chill thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine rice, honey and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Mix in fruits and pecans.
Add yogurt as needed to bind ingredients together.
Chill thoroughly.
