Fruit Tea Biscuit Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sultanas
1 cup milk
1 egg white
Directions
Sift the flour and baking powder and salt together; add the balance of the ingredients.
Pat 1/2-inch thick, cut in squares or triangles.
Brush with the egg yolk in a little milk and bake at 375° F. until a delicate brown.
