1 basic recipe sugar crust pastry
 
1 3/4 cups custard
 
1 1/4 cups fresh or canned fruit, drained
 
2/3 cup apricot glaze

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Line tart molds with crust.
Bake in oven 15 minutes or so.
Remove from oven.
Let cool completely.
Garnish with custard.
Decorate with fruit.
Cover with apricot glaze.
