Fruit Tart Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup apricot, peach or favorite preserves, divided
Sliced fresh or canned fruit, well drained
Directions
Combine flour, oil, milk, sugar and salt; put onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons preserves in small glass bowl at HIGH 10 to 15 seconds, or until melted; stir.
Brush tart shell with preserves.
Pierce shell with fork; Cook at HIGH 4 1/2 to 5 minutes; cool.
Heat remaining preserves at HIGH 1/2 minute, or until melted.
Arrange, fruit on tart shell; brush with preserves.
Cut into wedges to serve.
