1. Peel the orange and banana.
2. Chop the kale greens.
3. In a blender add orange, banana, blueberries, water and blend till smooth.
4. Put in the kale greens and continue blending till smooth.
5. Pour it in a large glass and serve immediately.
The amount of greens can be increased or reduced according to the taste.
The smoothie can be had without the greens also.
