Ingredients

 PEACH SHAKE
 2-3 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, or 1 cup frozen peach slices
 1 cup plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
 1/2 cup peach juice or apricot nectar
 STRAWBERRY SHAKE
 1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and stemmed, or 1 pint frozen strawberries
 1 cup plain, vanilla, or lemon nonfat yogurt
 3-4 tablespoons orange juice, apple juice, or apple-strawberry juice
 Maple syrup3 Tablespoon
 MANGO SHAKE
 1 ripe mango, pitted and peeled
 1 tablespoon frozen limeade concentrate
 1 cup milk or pineapple juice
 BANANA SHAKE
 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
 Orange juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional)

Directions

For any fruit shake, puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, topped with a dollop of freshly whipped cream if you're feeling indulgent.
