Ingredients

 Plums3 Medium, pitted
 2 Medium navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
 Peach1 Medium, pitted
 Raspberries1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mint1 Tablespoon, minced
 Crystallized ginger1 Tablespoon, minced
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Orange rind1 Teaspoon, grated
 Orange juice2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 Cup low-fat granola without raisins

Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
Cover and chill.
To serve, spoon 1/2 cup fruit mixture into each individual serving bowl; top each with 2 tablespoons granola.
