 Chopped walnuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Cream cheese4 Ounce
 Butter2 Ounce (0.5 Stick)
 Powdered sugar3⁄4 Pound
 Maple extract1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon

 Milk4 Tablespoon, to thin, if needed

Directions

GETTING READY:
1. Slice the peaches, raspberries and bananas.

MAKING:
2. For the whiskey sauce: Melt ½ cup butter in a pan.
3. Add 1 cup sugar, 2 beaten egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of water. Boil this mix for 5-7 minutes until the sauce bubbles.
4. Take off the stove, add ¼ cup of whiskey into the sauce and let it cool.

FINALIZING:
5. Place the chopped fruits in a bowl and drizzle whiskey sauce on top of it.

SERVING:
6. Add some croutons for more texture and serve.
