Fruit Salad With Orange Liqueur And Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe Peaches - 2 fresh, pitted and diced OR Whole Peaches - 1 can (15 ounces), drained and diced | ||
| Bartlett or Anjou pear - 1 ripe, diced | ||
| Strawberries - 1 pint ripe, halved | ||
| Kiwis | 2 | |
| Orange Liqueur, such as Grand Marnier - 2 ounces | ||
| Orange or strawberry sorbet - 1 pint | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl combine fruit and douse with liqueur.
2) Keep aside for few minutes for flavors to combine.
SERVING
3) Spoon fruit into dessert cups and top with scoops of sorbet.
