Fruit Salad in Sherry Recipe
Ingredients
| Dates- 1 cup, pitted and cut into halves lengthwise | ||
| Red apples- 2 medium no's, cored and quartered | ||
| Readymade Fruit salad- 1 jar (2 lb) | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream sherry- 1/4 cup | ||
| Orange peel | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Place quartered apples on a chopping board and thinly slice them.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
3. To sliced apples, add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
4. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
SERVING
5. Serve chilled.
