Fruit Rocks Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups | ||
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dates | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Candied cherries, cut up 1 cup | ||
| Candied pineapple ring, cut up 1 | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together well.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add flour., baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Stir.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix together.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 325°F (160°C) oven for about 15 minutes.
