Fruit Platter With Mango Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 large mangos, pitted
1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp granulated fructose
2 papayas, peeled, seeded, and cut into 12 slices
1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 12 slices
1 honeydew melon, peeled and cut into 12 wedges
1 tsp grated lime peel
Directions
Cut away mango flesh from skin.
Combine mango, pineapple juice, lime juice, and fructose in a blender.
Process to a puree.
Cover and refrigerate.
Arrange papaya slices, pineapple slices, and honeydew wedges on a large platter.
Pour mango sauce over fruit.
Sprinkle with lime peel.
