Fruit Pies Recipe
Ingredients
| Cut up apples, or peaches, or plums, or pears, or figs, or nectarines, thin | ||
| 2 9-inch pie shells | ||
| 1/4 cup sugar for each pie | ||
| Ground cinnamon, to taste | ||
| Lemon juice or 1 lemon for each pie | ||
Directions
Put fruit in bottom pie crust and squeeze lemon over fruit.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and put on top pie crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for few minutes to set crust, and then at 325 degrees until brown.
