| 2 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced | ||
| Strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Blueberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
In 4-cup measure combine water and gelatin.
Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture is heated and gelatin dissolves.
Stir in lemon extract, lemon peel and fructose.
Set aside.
Butter a 9-in pie plate.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over bottom and sides of plate.
Layer sliced peaches in pie plate.
Top with one-third of gelatin mixture, then strawberries and blueberries.
Cover with remaining gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate about 2 to 4 hours, or until completely set.
Garnish with lemon slices.
