| 3 bananas, cut into 3/4-inch slices | ||
| 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, undiluted | ||
| Toasted coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 (6-ounce) jars maraschino cherries, drained | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Seedless grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Dip the slices of banana in orange juice. Roll slices in coconut.
2) On 10-inch wooden skewers, place the fruits, alternating cherries, chunks of pineapple, grapes and slices of banana. Continue placing the fruits till the skewers are full.
SERVING
3) Serve at room temperature.
