Fruit & Nut Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 broiler-fryer, cut in serving-size pieces
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 can (8 1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup
 
1/4 cup prepared mustard
 
1/2 cup chopped chutney
 
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

1. Sprinkle chicken pieces on both sides with salt. Place skin side up in single layer in shallow 2-quart casserole.
2. Mix together pineapple and remaining ingredients; spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
