Fruit Melange Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet cherries | 1 16 Ounce, drained | |
| Strawberries | 1 Pint, sliced | |
| 1 medium cantaloupe, cut into balls | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 15 1/4 Ounce, drained | |
| 1/2 cup low-calorie orange marmalade | ||
| Hot water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped ginger | 1 Teaspoon, candied | |
| 1 medium-large banana, sliced | ||
| Fresh mint | ||
Directions
Chill fruits; layer cherries, strawberries, melon, and pineapple in compote or large glass bowl.
Combine orange marmalade, hot water, and candied ginger.
Drizzle over fruit.
Chill.
Arrange banana atop fruit mixture.
Garnish with mint.
