1 9-inch crumb crust
 
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
 
1/3 cup sugar
 
1/2 tsp. lemon or almond flavoring
 
1 ess
 
1 cup sour cream
 
3 Tbsp. sugar
 
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
 
1 (21 oz) can fruit pie filling

Directions

Prepare crumb crust.
In medium glass bowl soften cream cheese (high) 30 seconds.
Blend with sugar, flavoring and egg.
Pour into cooked pie crust.
Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
In same bowl combine sour cream, sugar and almond.
Spread evenly over pie.
Microwave (high) 2-3 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Pour pie filling evenly on top.
Chill until serving.
