Fruit Kuchen Recipe
Ingredients

| Peaches - 4-6 peeled and halved | ||

| Flour | 2 Tablespoon (For the Filling:) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon (For the Filling:) | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon (For the Filling:) | |
| Eggs - beaten | ||
| Flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Streusel:) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Streusel:) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Streusel:) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Streusel:) | |
| Lemon extract | 1 Teaspoon (For the Streusel:) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a bowl, mix together the flour, egg and the baking powder
2) The add in the cut butter, and using the hands mix to resemble a coarse mixture
3) Then add in the egg and the milk to the flour mixture and then bring together to form a dough
4) Press the dough to sides of a 9 inch pie dish
5) To make the filling, place the peaches onto the crust with the cut side up
6) Mix together the sugar, egg, sour cream, and flour
7) Pour this onto the peaches
8) Then make the streusel topping
by creaming the sugar and the butter
9) Tip in the flour and the cinnamon and layer it in on the top of the pie
10) Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes till the fruit is bales and the streusel turns a delicate brown.

10) Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes till the fruit is bales and the streusel turns a delicate brown.
