Fruit In Gingered Plum Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup plum wine | ||
| 2 tablespoons preserved ginger in syrup, diced, plus 1 tablespoon syrup | ||

| 1 small pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks or wedges | ||
| Mint sprigs for garnish | ||
Directions
Combine the plum wine, preserved ginger, ginger syrup, and plum sauce in a serving bowl.
Add the pineapple and mix well.
Add the oranges and kiwifruit and mix gently, just until they are coated with the plum wine mixture.
