Fruit In Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned peaches | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Dates | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Marshmallows | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), quartered | |
| Bananas | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Pie shell | 1 9 inch, baked | |
| 2 tablespoons crushed cheese crackers | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl blend peaches, dates, bananas , lemon juice, honey, and marshmallows.
2. Cool off by chilling it thoroughly.
3. Blend the fruit mixture with whipped cream and spread in over the pie shell.
4. Spray crushed cheese crackers over it and serve it.
SERVING
5. Serve after chilling.
