Fruit & Ham Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted margarine or butter
1 ARMOUR® Lower Salt Ham Nugget (about 1% pounds), cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes
2 large red apples, cored and cut into sixths
2 large green apples, cored and cut into sixths
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch chunks
3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place pineapple juice, brown sugar and margarine in bottom of large casserole dish.
Heat in oven until margarine is melted.
Thread ham, apples, pineapple and kiwifruit onto 8 to 10 (10-inch) metal or wooden skewers, alternating ingredients.
Place kabobs in warm sauce; turn to coat all sides with sauce.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.
Turn kabobs twice during cooking, basting with sauce mixture.
