Fruit Glazed Chicken Recipe

1) In a small glass bowl, mix the preserves and browning sauce together and cook in the microwave for 1/2 to 1 minute.
2) In an oblong baking dish, arrange the chicken pieces with the larger pieces towards the edge of the dish.
3) Brush with 1/2 the preserves, then cover with a wax paper and cook in the microwave for 15 to 16 minutes, brushing with the preserves halfway.
4) Remove the chicken on a serving platter, allow to stand, covered for 7 minutes.
5) Drain and reserve 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
6) In baking dish, add the reserved liquid and rest of the ingredients.
7) Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly thickened, stirring twice.
8) Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.
