Ingredients

 1/2 pt. raw or cooked Fruit Puree
 Sugar to taste
 Flavour with lemon or orange juice or with essence
 1/2 pt. evaporated milk or cream, whipped

Directions

Sweeten the fruit pulp to taste and allow to become quite cold.
If evaporated milk is used, scald the tin in a pan of boiling water for 1/2 hour, cool and then chill.
Beat the milk and then fold in the fruit pulp.
With whipped cream, fold the pulp into the cream.
Flavour to taste and serve very cold in individual glasses.
If necessary, a little colouring may be added.
