Creamy Fruit Fool Recipe

Fruit Fool is a better mood elevator than a bar of chocolate! If you have plenty of Fruits on hand then Fruit Fool is the thing to make. A delicious Dessert, the Fruit Fool completes your meal. There is no bigger sin than reading this recipe of Fruit Fool and not trying it out.

Ingredients

 
2 lb. fresh fruit, washed and hulled if necessary
 
10 fl. oz. double cream , lightly whipped

Directions

If necessary, poach the fruit first, then drain it.
With a wooden spoon, mash the fruit through a strainer or puree it through a food mill into a large mixing bowl.
Set the bowl aside and allow the puree to cool.
Lightly fold the whipped cream into the puree.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
Pour the fool into a serving dish and serve cold.
