 Butter/Margarine1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Packed brown sugar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chopped pecans/Toasted, slivered almonds1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Ground cinnamon1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Orange juice1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Fruit3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Light rum1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Vanilla ice cream1

Directions

In a 10-inch skillet or blazer pan of chafing dish melt butter or margarine; stir in sugar, nuts, and cinnamon.
Add orange juice; cook and stir till bubbly.
Add fruit; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring often, just till fruit is heated through.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the rum.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons rum just till warm in large ladle or small saucepan.
Ignite rum with match and pour over fruit.
Serve immediately over ice cream.
