 Egg1
 Oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk powder2 Tablespoon
 Soda1/2 Teaspoon
 Buttermilk2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat pastry flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup APRICOT GLAZE or RASPBERRY GLAZE

Directions

Beat egg with oil, honey, milk powder, and soda dissolved in buttermilk.
Stir in salt and vanilla.
Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Chill for several hours.
Preheat oven to 325° F.and grease large cookie sheet.
Drop dough by the teaspoonful onto prepared baking sheet.
With a small coffee spoon, make a well in the center of each cookie and fill with about 1/4 teaspoon fruit glaze.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container.
