Ingredients

 Canned peach6 Large
 Bananas2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1 cup small white seedless grapes
 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs), broken
 1/2 pound marshmallows, cut in quarters
 Egg yolks2 , Well beaten
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup cream or evaporated milk
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk, whipped

Directions

1. Mix the peaches, bananas, grapes, nuts and marshmallows.
2. Mix egg yolks, sugar, the 1/4 cup cream or evaporated milk, lemon juice and salt in the top of a glass or enamel double boiler. Set it over hot water and cook, stirring until the mixture thickens. Let it cool.
3. Fold into the fruit and nut mixture. Add the whipped cream last.
4. This salad may be chilled or frozen. If chilled, pour it into a rinsed mold and leave overnight in the refrigerator. If frozen, pour it into an ice cube tray, freeze quickly, in 2 to 4 hours, depending on the refrigerator.
