Fruit Curry Recipe
Ingredients
2 cans (1 pound each) fruits for salad
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
Directions
Drain fruit.
Arrange in a 1-quart casserole.
Mix brown sugar and curry powder together and sprinkle over fruit.
Dot top with butter.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 20 minutes.
