Fruit Cup Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tangerines or Oranges- 2nos, cut into segments | ||
| Peaches- 2nos, stoned and sliced | ||
| Strawberries or Raspberries- 1 cup, sliced | ||
| Blanched almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat orange juice, water, sugar and cinnamon until syrup is formed.
2) Let it cool for some time.
3) In a bowl, combine the fruits and syrup. Chill for 1 hour.
SERVING
4) Serve in sherbet cups, sprinkle nuts on the top.
