Fruit Crunch Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound plums, pitted and quartered
1 pound nectarines or peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced
1/4, cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine fruit, brown sugar, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon flour in a medium-size baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients except butter; mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit; drizzle with butter.
Bake 40 minutes or until top is brown.
