Quick Fruit Compote Recipe
Ingredients
| Apples | 2 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| Pineapple juice | 12 Ounce | |
| Prunes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Dried apricots | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon - 1. sliced | ||
| Whole Cloves | 2 | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add apples, water, cinnamon and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Add pineapple juice, prunes, apricots, lemon slices inserted with cloves. Bring back to a boil.
3. Allow to cool.
SERVING
4. Serve warm or cool, in dessert bowls.
