 1 head cabbage finely shredded and crisped in ice water
 Pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 1/2 cup green grapes cut in half and seeded
 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Orange rind1 Teaspoon, grated
 Shredded toasted blanched almonds

Directions

1.
Combine the chilled cabbage with the pineapple and grapes.

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and orange rind.
3.
Toss the cabbage lightly but thoroughly with the dressing and mound on a platter.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Chill before serving.
