Fruit Coleslaw With Almonds Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 head cabbage finely shredded and crisped in ice water | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| 1/2 cup green grapes cut in half and seeded | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange rind | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Shredded toasted blanched almonds | ||
Directions

Combine the chilled cabbage with the pineapple and grapes.

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and orange rind.

Toss the cabbage lightly but thoroughly with the dressing and mound on a platter.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Chill before serving.
