Fruit Cobbler Recipe
I love fruits and have always wanted to try out different recipes with fruits when I came across this Fruit Cobbler recipe. This Fruit Cobbler is absolutely delicious. One that you will never regret!
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbs (25 ml) butter
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) Multi Blend or Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp (5 ml) non-alum baking powder
1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
1 egg, beaten
1 cup (240 ml) skim milk, soy milk or water
2 cups (480 ml) fresh fruit or canned in natural juices
Directions
Melt butter in a 9x9-inch pan or other baking dish of similar size.
Mix the flour, baking powder, honey, egg and milk.
Pour mixture into butter.
Add the fruit on top of batter.
Bake 30 minutes at 400°F (205°C).
