Fruit Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
4 cups cubed whole wheat bread
1/2 cup diced dried fruit or raisins
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup HEALTHY CHOICE® Cholesterol Free Egg Product
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, combine bread and fruit.
In small bowl, combine milk, egg product, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour milk mixture over bread.
Bake in 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
