Fruit Bavarian Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 box jelly powder, your choice of flavor
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
4 cups vanilla ice cream
Fresh fruit, of your choice
Directions
In a bowl, prepare jelly powder following package instructions.
Fold in gelatin.
In a second bowl, soften ice cream.
Fold into jelly.
Add fruit.
Pour into small ramekins.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
