Fruit Bavarian Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 box jelly powder, your choice of flavor | ||
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fresh fruit, of your choice | ||
Directions
In a bowl, prepare jelly powder following package instructions.
Fold in gelatin.
In a second bowl, soften ice cream.
Fold into jelly.
Add fruit.
Pour into small ramekins.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
