Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 4 Ounce, drained | |
| 8 oz. small seedless green grapes | ||
| 2 fresh peaches, peeled, stoned and sliced | ||
| 2 carrots, scraped and grated | ||
| 1 small green pepper, white pith removed, seeded and thinly sliced | ||
| Onions spring | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Radishes | 6 , sliced | |
| 5 fl. oz. French dressing, made with lemon juice instead of vinegar | ||
| 1 cos lettuce, outer leaves removed, washed and shredded | ||
Directions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, carefully combine the pineapple, grapes, peaches, carrots, green pepper, spring onions [scallions], radishes and French dressing.
Arrange the shredded lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a shallow serving dish and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture in the centre.
