Ingredients

 Pineapple chunks4 Ounce, drained
 8 oz. small seedless green grapes
 2 fresh peaches, peeled, stoned and sliced
 2 carrots, scraped and grated
 1 small green pepper, white pith removed, seeded and thinly sliced
 Onions spring2 , finely chopped
 Radishes6 , sliced
 5 fl. oz. French dressing, made with lemon juice instead of vinegar
 1 cos lettuce, outer leaves removed, washed and shredded

Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, carefully combine the pineapple, grapes, peaches, carrots, green pepper, spring onions [scallions], radishes and French dressing.
Arrange the shredded lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a shallow serving dish and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture in the centre.
