Fruit And Nut Crunch Recipe
Well, this fruit and nut crunch recipe is a pure result of my curiosity. They say curiosty kills the cat but this delicious fruit and crunch recipe only livened me up. Enjoy the tasty crunch with every bite!
Ingredients
| 1 generous knob milk-free margarine | ||
| 1 slice wheat-free bread | ||
| 3 teaspoonsful raw cane sugar | ||
| Hazelnuts | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 portion stewed apricots | ||
Directions
Melt the margarine in a small frying pan (skillet).
Add the breadcrumbs and fry until golden and crisp.
Leave to cool and then stir in the sugar and nuts.
Put a layer of the fruit in a large wine glass.
Sprinkle with a layer of the crunch mixture.
Spoon on another layer of the fruit, using it all up.
Finish with the rest of the crunch mixture and flatten.
