1 10- to 12-ounce jar orange marmalade
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 1-pound canned ham
1 16-ounce can sweet potatoes, drained
1 16- to 17-ounce can cling-peach halves, drained
1 16- to 17-ounce can pear halves, drained
Directions
1. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, heat marmalade and mustard until marmalade melts.
2. Cut ham into 1/4 inch-thick slices; arrange slices, overlapping slightly, in center of skillet. Arrange potatoes and fruit in skillet with ham. Over medium-high heat, heat through, basting with marmalade mixture.
