Ingredients
| 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons nonfat herb-and-garlic cream cheese, divided | ||

| 1 tablespoon commercial nonfat creamy cucumber dressing | ||
| Peaches | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 1 cup seeded, finely chopped cucumber | ||
| Almonds | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Italian bread loaf | 1 | |
| 6 green leaf lettuce leaves | ||
| 5 ounces reduced-fat Havarti cheese, thinly sliced | ||
Directions
1. Combine 1/4 cup cream cheese, dillweed, and dressing. Add peaches, cucumber, and almonds; stir well.
2. Slice bread in half horizontally. Hollow out center of each half, leaving 1-inch-thick shells. Reserve inside of bread for another use.
3. Spread remaining 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cream cheese over cut sides of bread. Place lettuce leaves on bottom half of bread. Spoon peach mixture over lettuce. Place cheese slices over peach mixture, and top with remaining bread half. Cut loaf into 8 slices.
