 Fruit cocktail1 Can (10oz)
 1/2 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
 Sunflower seeds2 Tablespoon, toasted
 Celery2/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, chopped
 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
 Red onion2 Teaspoon, finley chopped
 Ground cumin1 Teaspoon
 Pita breads2 Large, halved
 Spinach leaves4

Directions

Drain fruit cocktail.
In medium bowl, combine fruit cocktail, sunflower seeds, celery and parsley; mix gently.
Combine ricotta, mayonnaise, onion and cumin in small bowl; mix well.
Gently toss fruit mixture with ricotta mixture.
Spoon into pita bread halves; add 1-2 spinach leaves to each pita pocket
