| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Slivered almonds | 3 Tablespoon, toasted | |

| 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted | ||
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Dried tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 (6-inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half | ||
| 4 curly leaf lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Combine apples, grapes, cheese, and almonds in a bowl; toss gently, and set aside.
Combine yogurt, apple juice concentrate, lime juice, mayonnaise, and tarragon in a bowl; stir well.
Pour over apple mixture; toss gently.
Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf.
Spoon 3/4 cup apple mixture into each half.
