Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
250 gms potatoes
1 kachalu (a variety of potato)
250 gms sweet potatoes
250 gms papaya
1 tomato without pulp
250 gms lemons
250 gms peas
250 gms guava
4 bananas
1 tsp salt for boiling peas and potatoes
Directions
Boil sweet potatoes, peas and potatoes together in salted water till tender.
Boil kachalu, also in salted water, but separately.
Cut all the fruit into small pieces and mix with masala and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with roasted cumin powder
