Frozen Plum Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg yolks | 3 , beaten | |
| Whipped cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 4 oz. red and green candied cherries | ||
| Candied pineapple | 4 Ounce | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water; set aside.
Cook sugar and 1 cup cold water together until thread forms.
Add syrup to egg yolks; beat until cool.
Add gelatin.
Fold in whipped cream; add rai- sins, nuts and fruits.
Place in 2 refrigerator trays or paper baking cups.
Freeze.
