Ingredients

 Gelatin1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks3 , beaten
 Whipped cream2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 4 oz. red and green candied cherries
 Candied pineapple4 Ounce

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water; set aside.
Cook sugar and 1 cup cold water together until thread forms.
Add syrup to egg yolks; beat until cool.
Add gelatin.
Fold in whipped cream; add rai- sins, nuts and fruits.
Place in 2 refrigerator trays or paper baking cups.
Freeze.
